William Thibaut, a young citizen of the municipality of Montcalm had the excellent idea to organize this friendly race in collaboration with the municipalities of Arundel and Montcalm.

This race is entirely free and opened to all. It offers both young and old alike an opportunity to excel in the picturesque scenery of the Laurentians. Whether you are a beginner or an expert, with children or a stroller, this race will enchant you. Défi Nature offers circuits of 1 km (for children and families), 5 km and 8 km.

Participants are invited to register at 7:30 am at the Montcalm Community Center, located at 33 Lac-Rond Nord Road. An information session followed by a group warm-up will start at 8.30 am. The start of the 8 km is scheduled for 8:45 am, followed by the 5 km at 9 am. The arrival will take place at Beaven Creek Park, located at 2, rue du Village in Arundel. The start of the 1 km circuit, adapted for the little ones, will be launched at 10 am at Beaven Creek Park.

Upon arrival, participants and accompanying guests will be able to take a break under the marquee and then use a shuttle service between 9:30 am and 10:30 am to return to their departure point. Also, a full breakfast will be offered at the Gill’s Beefeater Restaurant ($ 10) and visitors can enjoy a vintage car exposition.
