Flexibility in paying municipal taxes and other useful information – Coronavirus pandemic (Covid-19)
(Arundel, April 2nd, 2020 – 10 a.m.) – The Municipality of Arundel is continuing its watch and wishes to inform its population of the latest developments in the context of the crisis caused by COVID-19.
Suspension of interest on all maturities
During the extraordinary meeting of April 2nd, 2020, the Municipality of Arundel adopted a bylaw in order to suspend from this day (April 2nd, 2020), all interest on all sums due on the tax and compensation accounts and until June 1st, 2020 inclusive. In mid-May 2020, the municipal council will reassess the situation.
COVID-19 dedicated phone line
A telephone line has been added to answer questions and assist citizens in connection with the COVID-19 crisis. You can call 819-681-3390 extension 5608 and leave a message on the voicemail. We will return your call as soon as possible.

Services for the elderly (70 years and over)
During the week ending March 27th, 2020, the municipality contacted people aged 70 and over throughout its territory. If you are 70 and over and have not been contacted by the municipality, you can call us at (819) 681-3390 ext. 5608 to be added to our list.
Centre d’action bénévole Laurentides – Grocery delivery and frozen food service
The Centre d’action bénévole Laurentides offers a delivery service for groceries for citizens aged 70 and over.
Also, in order to provide food support to supplement the week’s meals, a frozen healthy food service is offered to residents of all municipalities in the MRC des Laurentides. A choice of eight different dishes is available. This service is intended for the elderly, convalescent or sick people at home. The cost per meal is $ 5.50. Those wishing to order must do so before the 20th of each month.

Food aid for people in difficulty
A food aid service for people in difficulty is also offered by the Bouffe Laurentienne organization. Delivery takes place every Tuesday afternoon in Montcalm or Huberdeau. Drugs and health products
All pharmacies in Mont-Tremblant offer a home delivery service according to a specific schedule. For more information, please contact your pharmacist.
Parc du Ruisseau Beaven (town hall) and the municipal garage park remain closed until further notice.
All ecocentres remain closed until further notice.
Handkerchiefs, paper towels and others
Soiled handkerchiefs, paper towels such as wipes, masks and gloves which are used to limit the spread of the virus must be thrown in a closed bag and not in bulk before depositing them in the black garbage bin.
